Eastbourne Artists stores basic data on all of its members. Eastbourne Artists will only collect and store the contact details which you provide us: name, address, phone number and email, or other information which is relevant to your membership. We will only collect your data for our own records and will never share your information with any third parties, private or businesses, unless specifically requested by yourself to do so. Your data will be stored on a secure spreadsheet online and on the computer hard drive of an Eastbourne Artist franchise holder.
How long we store your data
You will be contacted by us every 12 months to confirm that you wish to continue to have your artist listing. By agreeing to have a listing on the Eastbourne Artists website, you agree for us to store your data for our own records, as detailed above. If you do not respond to us to confirm your continued membership your listing will be removed within 14 working days. You may also contact us at any time and request that your listing be removed and that we delete your data from our files. We will respond and comply to these requests within 14 working days.
How and when we contact you
We may need to contact you by email, or phone to discuss your listing, let you know about changes to the website, or updates to our terms and policies.
We may also occasionally contact you about optional upgrades to your membership and opportunities related to Eastbourne Artists. If you would rather not be contacted about this please let us know.
We may also occasionally contact you with information about local arts events and opportunities connected with Eastbourne Artists, Eastbourne Artists Open Houses, or other local arts organisations. If you would rather not be contacted about this please let us know.
