Lisa Valks

Since achieving a BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design, Lisa has worked as a successful artist and graphic designer for over 20 years and now concentrates on her first love of painting and drawing.
Portraits 
Lisa achieves a striking likeness in her portraiture, striving to capture personality. This is achieved by her attention to detail and her bold use of colour and contrast.
Sea and landscapes 
Living in East Sussex Lisa is inspired by the sea and the surrounding dramatic countryside. She creates atmospheric seascapes and landscapes using oils, acrylic and mixed media.
